Dyson 360 Eye – An Astonishingly Efficient Robot Cleaner
Dyson has made an announcement only last week and answered all the rumors that had so long been up. It has unveiled its new robotic vacuum cleaner, Dyson 360 Eye. The robot gives a good competition to the Roomba robotic cleaner.
Dyson claims to give a better and more efficient cleaning than the conventional vacuum cleaners. The device comes with a strong suction system that ensures an optimal cleaning. It gets a 360 degree view of the surroundings and is enabled with special and improved technology that helps it sense the areas it has been to and the areas it has not cleaned.
The intelligent robot can alter speed to move on all surfaces, be it a carpeted surface or a hard floor surface, and clean them efficiently. Dyson claims that Dyson 360 Eye is a labor saving robot that the other conventional cleaners are not. The company had launched the first robotic cleaner in the year 2001, but had soon pulled it off because of its incompetency.
If you are wondering the reasons that make this robotic device beat down its competitors in the market, there are plenty. It uses Cyclone technology in combination with V2 Dyson digital motor which implies that it collects dust particles up to 0.5 microns with an excellent suction force. What comes as an additional feature is its eye enabling it a panoramic view. The surrounding images are communicated to the robot’s brain through the infrared sensors that tell it where to go next.
The special upgraded technology helps it sense the kind of surface that it is about to clean. Dyson 360 Eye can clean all kinds of floors. The soft nylon bristles clean the carpeted surfaces while its carbon fiber brush cleans the hard floor surfaces.
Control your robot through an app
Dyson 360 Eye does not require a separate remote control system. All you need to do is get the Dyson Link app on your smartphone running on iOS or Android. The robot allows you to start, pause, and schedule cleaning according to your convenience.
Smart technology to detect low-charge state
When fully charged the Dyson 360 Eye can clean for twenty to thirty minutes non-stop with an even suction power. It self docks and then recharges itself when it detects a low charged state. This light weight device does not weigh more than 5 pounds with a bin capacity of 0.4 liters to collect dirt at one go. As compared with the current models of the Roomba cleaner, the efficiency of Dyson’s robotic cleaner is more.
Its time people got ready to experience this brilliant outcome of Dyson’s sixteen years of research, effort, and development. Dyson 360 Eye is expected to be launched in Japan in spring 2015, its international launch being scheduled on a later date.
